As a Zuora SDR you will act as a key player in delivering opportunity flow into the sales pipeline and be responsible for the generation of targeted opportunities within specific geographies, market segments and/or campaigns. Candidates should be enthusiastic and spirited and able to benefit from a team oriented sales pool environment which is driven and goaled by overarching business drivers, marketing metrics and revenue. Successful SDR's will have a career progression plan leading to an account executive role.

Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and document new business team planning, reporting and metrics.
  2. Own responsibility for country specific opportunity targets based on the revenue goals
  3. Follow up on campaigns and provide detailed feedback on the success of each campaign
  4. Ensure that all HOT Leads are processed within the same business day
  5. Ensure that all NEW Leads are processed within 3 working days
  6. Schedule meetings and demonstrations for the Account Executives
  7. Profile Target Accounts
  8. Maintain and promote customer satisfaction to ensure 100% customer retention
  9. Keep the CRM database up to date and manage the information on all prospects and opportunities

Requirements:

  1. Dynamic, high energy person with a minimum of 3-5 years of successful telemarketing experience in the enterprise software market. SaaS technology experience a plus
  2. Demonstrated success of working independently with a proven track record of prospecting
  3. Demonstrated ability to execute a high rate of outbound calls per day
  4. Experience working in an environment that is measured by having secured a high volume of qualified meetings for the field sales force
  5. Strong organizational skills with ability to manage time and resources effectively
  6. Superb communications skills with ability to demonstrate products highlighting benefits/advantages/features.
  7. Experience with CRM - Net Suite, SalesForce.com, Goldmine, Siebel and/or other sales automation tools.
  8. Self-directed , a quick study and an enthusiastic team player.
  9. Detail and results-oriented that works well under pressure.
  10. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  11. Graduate degree preferred but not required.
