You are an Enterprise Engagement Manager with a proven track record of successful enterprise software or SaaS implementations. You take pride in your ERP, CRM or accounting systems domain expertise, and have a passion for leading and delivering technical solutions to your clients. As an Engagement Manager for Zuora, based out of Redwood City, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Chicago, Boston, or New York you'll be responsible for the oversight and governance of our enterprise customer engagements. You'll apply broad technical skills, industry and business acumen, and program management expertise to lead implementations of Zuora technologies, architectures, solutions and enhancements. Our flagship product, Z-Billing, has attracted over 100 customers since its launch in May 2008. Scalable, powerful, and easy to use, Z-Billing was named "the Salesforce of online billing" by TechCrunch. Z-Payments, which we launched just five months later with online payment pioneer PayPal, is now built with the PayPal X platform, allowing for even greater flexibility. At salesforce.com's Dreamforce 2008, we introduced Z-Force, the first billing and payment solution fully integrated with salesforce.com. We followed that with our Z-Commerce Platform which makes it easy for developers coding in the cloud to plug in our commerce-as-a-service solution so they can start getting paid. The Z-Commerce Platform is now the de facto platform for subscription businesses in the technology industry. And Z-Commerce for Media gives publishers an easy way to start monetizing their online content.
As the Engagement Manager for Zuora, and a critical member of the professional services team, your primary mission will be to oversee enterprise level software implementations deployed within the context of larger technical solutions. You will leverage your strong communication and relationship building skills to map, build and maintain stakeholder relationships, as well as integrate and coordinate enterprise project plans from 3rd party implementation partners. Your demonstrated experience as an Engagement Manager or Program Manager, working at the enterprise level to deliver multiple moderate to complex solutions, will enable you to successfully drive the engagement team, and monitor project quality, risk and performance for all Zuora platform/product implementations. Because you already have experience integrating SaaS solutions with ERP, accounting, provisioning, or portal systems and are proficient with salesforce.com (especially the Force.com platform), you will be able to start performing on day one. Your love for multi-tasking will prove useful as you will be responsible for managing the project plans and leading the implementations for one or more projects at a time.
