Customer Support Representative (Redwood City, CA)

As a Zuora Customer Support Representative you will have had proven success in this or similar role working in a fast paced, high-energy environment.

Summary:

This key position has responsibility for the support of subscribers to a subscription billing solution (Zuora Z-Billing and Z-Payments). The support representative will be expected to serve as a primary point of customer support, provide prompt and complete resolution to customer support cases, and prioritize and escalate customer issues.

Technical Skills:

  1. Understanding of database concepts and data management (RDBMS)
  2. Experience with XML, Java and SQL
  3. Experience with SOAP-based APIs and web-based development

Minimum Requirements:

  1. BA/BS Degree (or equivalent) in a related discipline
  2. 3+ years of related work experience
  3. Hands on experience with supporting package software and/or SaaS solutions
  4. Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship
