Business Solution Architect

Preferred location: NorthEast (Boston, NY); Northern California, and the UK

Zuora, Inc. is looking for a professional services consultant with a proven track record of successful enterprise software or SaaS implementations. You take pride in your ERP or accounting systems domain expertise, and have a passion for architecting and delivering technical solutions to your clients. You'll apply broad technical skills, industry and business acumen to lead implementations of Zuora solutions.


Zuora provides an online subscription billing and management platform, via a SaaS model, for companies to build, run and operate their subscription and recurring revenue business.

Requirements:

  1. Demonstrated experience as a Solutions Architect and/or Senior Business Consultant with Big 4 consulting firm, minimum 5 years experience.
  2. Enterprise level experience delivering moderate to complex ERP, billing, and/or salesforce.com solutions.
  3. Ability to multi-task, manage tasks on multiple projects simultaneously.
  4. Strong relationship-building and communication skills to successfully manage client relationships at the business and technical level.
  5. Collaborate with engagement managers, implementation partners and other team members to deploy Zuora implementations.

Preferred additional skills:

  1. In-depth knowledge of the schema, API calls and implementation techniques a plus.
  2. Experience integrating SaaS solutions with ERP, accounting, provisioning, or portal systems a plus.
  3. Proficiency with salesforce.com (Force.com platform a plus)
